About Lindsay
Lindsay Steed assists attorneys in preparing and drafting deeds and other documents associated with real estate transactions through Hall Render Title Support Services. Lindsay is a notary and holds an Indiana title insurance producer license, and she is available to conduct real estate closings in our Indianapolis office.
With an extensive background spanning over half a decade within the real estate industry, Lindsay boasts a rich professional history. She has served as an Escrow Officer, Closer and Manager at a title company before taking the role of Closing Specialist at a mortgage company. Lindsay has a degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, where she studied Human Biology and Psychology. Lindsay is married and has two pet dogs. Outside of work, Lindsay likes to read fiction and spend her free time baking sweets and spoiling her dogs. She also enjoys spending time outdoors through gardening, hiking and kayaking.
