Ethical considerations include organization as a client, attorney as advisor, scope of representation, communications, personal conflicts of interest and confidentiality. Audience questions and participation are encouraged.

Presentation and moderated panel discussion focusing on ethical that arise in various government compliance investigations. Ethical considerations include organization as a client; confidentiality; obligations to past, present and future clients; attorney as advisor; and transactions with unrepresented persons. Audience questions and participation are encouraged.
