Taylor and Kennedy will provide attendees with the latest report on the 2012 legislative session and outlook for the 2013 session.

Health Care Fraud and Application to Hospital CEOs – Steve Pratt
Pratt’s presentation will focus on health care fraud, recent cases and the trend of viewing technical violations as constituting fraud and resulting in an overpayment. The impact on hospital CEOs will also be addressed.
