Associates join a practice group and are assigned a mentor when they join the firm. New associates typically work with several members of the practice group to gain a wide variety of experiences. Our mentor program is structured to partner each associate with a shareholder who will help them in all aspects of their legal career, including technical skills, business development and general law firm processes.

As a full-service health law firm, we have hired a number of attorneys who gained substantial experience working in the health care field. Many of our attorneys attended law school after successful careers in nursing, pharmacy or other allied health professions, as well as hospital administration and government positions impacting the health care industry. Some of the firm’s attorneys served as in-house counsel for hospitals, health care systems and agencies familiar to the health care industry.
