Sandra McCarthy practices in the Health Counsel practice group. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, real estate, physician alignment matters, life sciences and clinical research. Prior to attending law school, Sandra worked as a research assistant for the stem cell institutes of two different academic medical institutions, one located in New York and one in Colorado. While in law school, Sandra served as a technology fellow for the University of Colorado Technology Transfer Office, as well as the president of the DU Law Health Law Society and as the Editor-in-Chief for the Denver Journal of International Law & Policy. She is also fluent in Spanish.
