About Andrew

Andrew Dick is a shareholder in Hall Render’s Indianapolis office, where he concentrates his practice on hospital and health care real estate matters. He advises hospitals, health systems and investors nationwide on structuring and negotiating complex real estate transactions.

Andrew has extensive experience guiding clients through the development of ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, medical campuses, medical outpatient buildings, senior living communities and other specialized health care facilities. His work also includes significant involvement in charitable foundation transactions, credit‑tenant lease financings, ground lease negotiations and navigating the tax and regulatory considerations unique to health care providers.

A frequent author and speaker, Andrew enjoys sharing insights on trends in hospital and health care real estate. He co-authors the Weekly Hospital Real Estate Briefing with colleague Joel Swider and regularly presents to hospitals and national health care industry groups.
