About Abigail

Abby Kaericher practices in the area of government relations with a focus on federal, state and local advocacy. She adeptly navigates the complex legislative and regulatory landscape, advocating for clients in a bipartisan manner and influencing policy decisions. Combining in-depth policy insight with attention to detail, Abby develops tailored strategies that deliver tangible results. Abby has hands-on experience working with various health care interest groups to develop consensus on key issues related to data privacy, behavioral health and more.

In addition to her legal practice, Abby acts as a strategic federal advocacy advisor to health care clients. She leverages her legal background in health care to advocate for her clients before bipartisan members of Congress. From general reimbursement matters to merger concerns, Abby's advocacy efforts cover a wide range of health care issues.

Previously, Abby served as the Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Legislation at the Federation of the American Hospitals, representing more than 1,000 for-profit hospitals and health systems to Capitol Hill and the Administration. Additionally, she gained valuable experience working with the FTC in their health care division.

In her free time, Abby enjoys playing tennis with her husband and walking her perfect Labradoodle, Ronnie.
