The Hall Render Diversity & Inclusion Committee was formed to lead the firm’s ongoing diversity and inclusion efforts both internally and externally. This committee is dedicated to promoting a diverse workforce that fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment through several initiatives, including:

  • Developing an increased awareness of the importance of diversity within the firm through internal communications and events;
  • Encouraging all attorneys and staff members to develop mutual respect and appreciation for different perspectives and backgrounds;
  • Implementing strategies to assist the firm in recruiting, hiring, training, advancing and retaining qualified individuals from diverse backgrounds; and
  • Collaborating with and encouraging the efforts of other associations and organizations that promote the goals of inclusion and diversity within the legal profession and the health care industry.
