Ntracts has formally announced the appointments of David Paschall, John Riley and Rebekah Sharpe as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer, respectively. The trio will join existing Ntracts executives John Shane, President, and Jeff Wittman, Chief Financial Officer, on the health care contract management software company’s senior leadership team.
In 1987, Hall Render, the nation’s largest health care-focused law firm, built the first iteration of software that would become Ntracts after watching clients struggle with contract management. The platform quickly gained traction among the firm’s clients and has since become the nation’s leader in health care-specific contract lifecycle management.
Previously, Paschall, Riley and Sharpe were instrumental in developing a contract lifecycle management solution for a competitor, having spent the majority of their careers helping lead that organization. “We loved what the three of us built together but have decided after a combined 50 years, it was time for new beginnings more in line with our commitment to delivering world-class client service and a compliance and regulatory-focused contract lifecycle management solution,” Paschall said.
“Ntracts was a natural fit with its impressive growth, employee-owned model, and guidance from the nation’s leading health law-focused firm. We look forward to partnering with Ntracts clients to deliver premium value through exceptional service, unparalleled implementation consulting and support and world-class technology solutions.”
