Hall Render has recently announced that Calvin Chambers, Susanne Crysler, Andrew Dick, Elizabeth Elias, Andrea Impicciche, Larry Jensen, Brian Jent, Alisa Kuehn, Colleen Powers, Jennifer Viegas and Elizabeth Walker have been named Shareholders.

Calvin Chambers (Indianapolis office) received his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and focuses his practice in the areas of tax and tax exemption, employee benefits, business transactions and services and corporate counsel services.

Susanne Crysler, R.N. (Detroit office) graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and concentrates her practice on hospital & physician transactions, fraud & abuse/Stark, False Claims Act/Qui Tam Actions, clinical services & patient care issues, patient safety and physician group practices.

Andrew Dick (Indianapolis office) graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law and received a Masters of Law in Real Property Development at the University of Miami School of Law. His practice focuses on real estate transactions and environmental law.

Elizabeth Elias (Indianapolis office) graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with a Health Care Concentration and concentrates her practice in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement as well as regulatory and compliance work.

Andrea Impicciche (Indianapolis office) graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with a Health Law Concentration and focuses her practice on corporate transactional law and health care law.

Larry Jensen (Detroit office) graduated cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law and concentrates his practice on all aspects of employment litigation.

Brian Jent (Indianapolis office) received his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and focuses on regulatory and compliance issues affecting all health care providers with an emphasis on post-acute care services.

Alisa Kuehn (Indianapolis office) graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law with a Certificate of Health Law and counsels clients on various aspects of health information technology procurement, privacy, copyright, trademark and health care law.

Colleen Powers (Indianapolis office) graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law with honors in Health Law and focuses her practice on health care transactional law, health care reform, fraud and abuse and regulatory corporate compliance.

Jennifer Viegas (Indianapolis office) graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and concentrates her practice in the areas of supply chain strategy, operations and procurement, corporate counsel services and patient care issues.

Elizabeth Walker (Indianapolis office) received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and focuses her practice on tax-exempt finance for 501(c)(3) entities and governmental issuers.
