Data breaches affect multiple aspects of a corporation, including loss of customers, and the cost of servicing each affected individual of the breach. This presentation covers the issues (operational and legal) and the processes involved from the time a data breach is acknowledged within the organization to the closing tasks of issuing notification letters and managing the communications with the affected individuals whose data has been breached.
