Biography

Lynn Potosky is a Public Finance Project Manager for Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman. She has extensive experience in various facets of the public finance industry, having spent more than 15 years in the public finance legal field and 7 years with a regional investment banking firm. While an investment banker, Ms. Potosky assisted governmental and both nonprofit and for-profit entities throughout Indiana and Kentucky with their capital project financing needs.

At Hall Render, she continues to work with issuers and borrowers, including healthcare entities, cities and counties, state issuing authorities and nonprofit entities, as well as with related finance professionals such as underwriters and banks, in the documentation and implementation of bond financings. Ms. Potosky assists firm attorneys with the legal documentation and proceedings of a transaction from inception to successful completion. Among other things, she ensures the timely publication of required notices; manages the due diligence process; and facilitates the closing process. Ms. Potosky also oversees the firm's technology resources in transactions including the use of web- based diligence tracking systems, electronic closing rooms and the generation of graphics materials for use in official statements and/or private use analysis.
