Biography

Mr. McGeath concentrates his practice in the areas of health information systems, health care relationships, business transactions, and intellectual property matters. Mr. McGeath assists hospitals and health systems with the procurement, licensing and implementation of complex information systems and technology. He also routinely advises small businesses, hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers on business and strategic relationships, including acquisitions, joint ventures and affiliations, and other growth strategies.
