Biography

Spencer P. Goodson advises clients on legal issues pertaining to technology and intellectual property. Mr. Goodson graduated summa cum laude from Hanover College in 2001 and cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2003. Mr. Goodson has been a member of the Indiana Bar since 2004 and a registered patent attorney since 2005. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Goodson worked in private practice, primarily in the area of intellectual property litigation. He then joined the Office of Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis and Marion County where he served on the Information Security Oversight Committee and as counsel to the Information Services Agency, the Information Technology Board, and the Enhanced Access Review Committee.
