Biography

Ms. Collier concentrates her practice in the areas of information technology, business transactions, intellectual property matters and health care law. Ms. Collier counsels clients on trademark, copyright, trade secret and other proprietary information protection. In addition, she assists clients with technology licensing and business formation and dissolution issues.
