Biography

Pete is a member of the health care practice group of Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman in Troy, Michigan. His practice focuses in the areas of health care corporate transactions and litigation. Pete has advised health care entities on a variety of matters, including hospital-physician joint ventures, co-management arrangements and physician and general contracting. He has also participated in a wide range of litigation involving health care entities and advised clients with respect to mandatory health care-related reporting requirements.
