Biography

Paul counsels our clients in business and transactional matters. This work includes hospital physician joint ventures, acquisition of medical practices, real estate and health care real estate development projects, public financing compliance matters; Stark and Anti-Kickback analysis; obtaining and maintaining tax exemption; corporate organization; provider contracting in the managed care context; and general hospital physician contracting, including employment and hospital-based coverage arrangements.
