Biography

Nancy focuses her practice in various aspects of real estate law, including the acquisition, sale, development, financing and leasing of residential, commercial and industrial properties. Nancy also represents clients in the acquisition, formation, operation, sale and merger of their businesses. This includes assisting clients with the formation of business entities, the negotiation of leases (retail, industrial, etc.), the purchase and sale of businesses, land and building, and the negotiation of loan documents.

Nancy also represents clients with commercial real property tax appeals, and represents banks with loan workouts and with bank owned real estate activities, including foreclosure actions.
