Biography

Kim is a Shareholder in the Health Law practice group. The Health Law practice group focuses on providing representation in all areas for health care providers, including general health law, Stark compliance, physician contracting, fraud and abuse, corporate compliance and regulatory issues for health systems, hospitals and physicians. Kim concentrates her practice on providing consultation and guidance to health systems, hospitals and physicians in the areas of governance, hospital-physician relationships, strategy, regulatory compliance, health care compliance programs and medical staff issues.

She is a member of the Michigan, Arizona and Missouri Bars and an active member of the American Bar Association, Health Care Division; the State Bar of Michigan, Health Care Division; and the American Health Lawyers Association.
