Biography

Mr. Smith is chairman of the firm's litigation practice group. His work involves representation of clients in various types of litigation including commercial transactions, medical staff issues and reimbursement. Mr. Smith represents a number of health care clients that include long-term care facilities, physician practices and hospitals and affiliated entities.
