Biography

Mr. Wolfe's practice focuses on advising health care providers on various corporate and business matters, including affiliations, joint ventures, contractual arrangements, medical practice acquisitions, real estate development and growth strategies. His experience includes analysis of the regulatory areas applicable to health care transactions and contractual arrangements, notably federal tax exemption, the Stark self-referral regulations and the federal anti-kickback laws. Mr. Wolfe's clients consist of hospitals, health systems, physician practices and provider networks.
