Biography

Mr. Spadorcia chairs the firm's Estate Planning Group, and most of his practice involves estate and trust planning and the administration of complicated estates and trusts. He counsels individuals in the design, drafting and implementation of estate plans using various types of trusts, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies and charitable entities to achieve the client's practical and dispositive objectives for the benefit of their families while focusing on the reduction of estate, gift and income taxes. Mr. Spadorcia has more than 30 years of experience handling audits of federal estate tax returns by the Internal Revenue Service and audits of state death tax returns.

Mr. Spadorcia is a Board Certified Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board (2007-present).
