Biography

Mr. Ullom's legal practice is devoted to assisting various parties in financing matters. He serves as borrower's and bond counsel to the firm's health care and business clients and also routinely serves as lender's and/or underwriter's counsel in a myriad of financing transactions. In the public arena, Mr. Ullom serves as bond counsel to State agencies, cities, towns, counties and other governmental units in connection with the financing of capital projects. He has also served as counsel in numerous faith-based financings involving churches, religiously affiliated private schools and other undertakings by faith-based institutions. While resident in the firm's Indianapolis office, Mr. Ullom has served as counsel in transactions throughout the country.
