Biography

Mr. McClellan practices in the areas of commercial, health care and public finance. He has experience in commercial, health care and public finance transactions, including serving as bond counsel, bank counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel and borrower's counsel in taxable and tax-exempt financings. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McClellan held several positions in Indiana State Government, including serving as a Deputy Attorney General assigned to the Indiana Finance Authority, serving as Deputy General Counsel to the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration and serving as General Counsel to the Indiana Office of Disaster Recovery.
