Biography

Mr. Stovall leads the Firm's construction law practice. In addition to being an attorney, he is also a licensed professional engineer with more than 12 years of engineering and construction experience. Mr. Stovall represents public and private construction owners, general and specialty contractors, material suppliers, design professionals, and bonding companies across the country on engineering and construction-related issues. Mr. Stovall also serves as a neutral for the resolution of construction disputes through non-binding mediation, binding arbitration, and participation as a member of dispute review boards.
