Biography

Mr. Kochell's practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions. He has represented clients in Indiana and throughout the United States in acquisitions, development, dispositions, and in commercial leasing matters. Doug's practice also involves the representation of borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and preparation of financing documents, including both construction and permanent financing. His practice also includes the representation of taxpayers in real property tax assessment and exemption matters.
