Biography

Mr. Fuchs is an Associate in the Firm's construction law practice. With more than five years of experience in the construction industry as a project engineer, Mr. Fuchs has performed a range of duties such as project management, quality control, and estimating. Mr. Fuchs now represents public and private construction owners, general and specialty contractors, material suppliers, design professionals, and bonding companies across the country on engineering and construction-related issues. His work involves counsel regarding contract drafting and negotiation and providing advice to project participants prior to commencement of the project. Mr. Fuchs also resolves problems arising either during a project or post-project completion through mediation, binding arbitration, or litigation.
