Biography

Brian focuses on regulatory and compliance issues affecting all health care providers with an emphasis on post-acute care services, including long-term care, home health and hospice care. His practice includes assisting clients with licensure, certification, compliance and reimbursement issues at the local, state and federal levels. Brian also assists clients with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and participation requirements and serves as a liaison between the clients and the regulatory agencies. Prior to joining Hall Render, Brian worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist at IU Health – Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.
