Biography

Mr. Fillmore's practice focuses on advising hospitals, health systems, and physician organizations on corporate and health law related matters including regulatory and compliance, contracting, and information systems. Mr. Fillmore joined Hall Render after completing a Master of Health Administration. While in law school and during his master's program, Mr. Fillmore worked on behalf of the United States Attorneys' Office in Fairbanks, Alaska and assisted a private hospital in Japan in obtaining Joint Commission International accreditation. Mr. Fillmore was also a writer for the University of Iowa College of Law Journal, Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems, and provided assistance on various grant-funded research studies on good governance practices in health care systems.
