Biography

Alisa C. Kuehn counsels our clients on various aspects of business technology, privacy, copyright, trademark and health care law. On a daily basis she assists hospitals, physician groups, pharmaceutical companies and other organizations in doing business together through counseling on joint ventures, purchase agreements, service agreements, transfers of intellectual property and other proprietary information. In addition, Ms. Kuehn counsels information technology companies on compliance with regulatory requirements including those relating to the health care industry.
