We are pleased to announce that M. Elizabeth Walker has joined Hall Render's Commercial, Health Care and Public Finance Group as an associate.  Elizabeth comes to us from the New York office of Sidley Austin where she worked as an associate in the public finance group.  Elizabeth brings practical experience with a variety of financing issues, including structuring and documenting fixed and variable rate bond transactions, financial and continuing disclosure and tax compliance.  She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Georgetown University Law Center.  Elizabeth joins attorneys Jerimi Ullom, Patrick Walsh, Jacob McClellan, David Lips and project manager Lynn Potosky in Hall Render's public finance practice.
