Long-Term Care

Long-Term Care providers will feel the effects of health care reform via increased disclosure requirements, oversight, and public access to provider information, as well as a renewed emphasis on community based care aimed at enabling beneficiaries to remain in their homes. Additional requirements will likely be placed on Long-Term Care providers as rules are issued to implement the Affordable Care Act over the next few years. As the federal government increases its focus on transparency and quality of care, Long-Term Care providers should be careful to understand the new mandates of health care reform and implement appropriate compliance strategies and business plans. Through our experience in working with Long-Term Care providers, Hall Render is prepared to assist you in navigating the effects of health care reform.
