Managed Care
Hall Render attorneys advise and assist providers in a full array of services related to providers' relationships with managed care organizations and entities, including commercial managed care payors, as well as Medicare Advantage, Medicaid managed care programs and federal government managed care programs for federal employees and military members.
Our services include, but are not limited to: (1) negotiation of managed care contracts; (2) interpretation of the requirements and obligations under managed care contracts; (3) legal counsel addressing audits and overpayments; and (4) guidance as to the statutory and regulatory requirements of Medicare Advantage, the Medicare Prescription Drug Program (Medicare "Part D") and the Medicaid managed care programs.
