Biography

Ms. Leitch's work focuses on providing general counsel and government relations services to the Wisconsin Hospital Association. She has concentrated her practice on policy analysis and negotiations at the federal and state levels of government in both the public and private sectors. Ms. Leitch has extensive knowledge of health statutes and regulations and strong advocacy skills within both the state legislative and executive branches of government.
