Biography

Chris devotes his practice to the management of medical staff disputes, accreditation and health related litigation. As part of his practice, Chris regularly counsels clients on matters involving credentialing, medical staff corrective action, disruptive conduct, peer review confidentiality and Databank reporting. Chris also regularly represents health care clients in the context of medical staff fair hearings, claims of negligent credentialing and related litigation.
