Biography

Ms. Impicciche focuses her practice on corporate transactional law, health care law and tax and tax-exempt law. She counsels clients on a variety of health care related issues, including hospital/physician joint ventures, fraud and abuse, the Stark law, regulatory and corporate compliance, physician contracting, tax-exemption issues and other corporate counsel matters. Ms. Impicciche has significant experience advising clients on the acquisition of medical practices and physician/hospital joint ventures. She represents a broad array of health care providers, including hospitals, health systems and physician practices. Ms. Impicciche received her undergraduate degree from DePauw University and graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis where she completed the Health Law Concentration. She currently chairs the Indianapolis Bar Association's Health Law Section and has written several articles on the impact of tax reform on nonprofit hospitals and the impact of health care reform on for-profit, physician-owned hospitals.
