Caryn Kaufman Joins the Indianapolis Office of Hall Render

Hall Render is pleased to announce associate attorney Caryn A. Kaufman, J.D., has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Kaufman practices in Hall Render's Health Information Technology section where she focuses on the drafting and negotiation of agreements for software development and licensing, IT consulting services and other information systems. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an attorney for IBM where her practice concentrated on global information technology outsourcing agreements.
Kaufman completed her undergraduate studies at Miami University before earning her law degree at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.
Kaufman was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 2010. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and American Health Lawyers Association.
