Hall Render's Real Estate Practice Group began in response to the demand of our broad base of health care clients. The variety of challenging issues presented and the breadth and depth of our existing commercial and tax practices made our Real Estate Practice a natural evolution for the firm. The practice has grown to represent the real estate interests of a significant number of for-profit and nonprofit corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, individuals and trusts. We are particularly attuned to the unique real estate needs of our health care clients for whom we prepare ground leases, medical office building leases, timeshare leases and other real estate-related transaction documents.

Our Construction Services attorneys work with private and public construction owners, general and specialty contractors, material suppliers and design professionals on engineering and construction-related issues. Graduate and professional engineers offer sound, timely advice to our clients in the planning of projects, development of construction contract documents, contract administration and closeout and dispute avoidance and resolution. We have extensive experience in alternate dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Our attorneys routinely serve as mediators, arbitrator, and members of dispute review boards to assist other parties in resolving disputes.
