Biography

Susan's practice is focused exclusively on health care law. She is experienced in health care regulatory work, including pharmacy regulatory matters and hospital/physician contracting and physician alignment strategies in relation to the Federal Fraud and Abuse Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law and Civil Monetary Penalties Law. She regularly advises health care providers about the establishment and maintenance of corporate compliance plans, including advising on compliance audits. Susan also focuses on transactional health law matters, particularly due diligence. She advises a variety of clients, including hospitals, physician groups and pharmacies.
