Biography

Ms. Hocum's practice focuses on advising health care providers on corporate and business relationships including business affiliations, acquisitions, joint ventures and employment and other contractual arrangements. She also counsels health care providers on HIPAA compliance and medical records issues. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hocum worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor and a crisis intervention counselor.
