Biography

Mr. Coon counsels health care providers in corporate, business, and strategic relationships, including affiliations, joint ventures, contractual arrangements, acquisitions and other growth strategies. He regularly works on behalf of hospitals, health systems, physician practices and provider networks. Mr. Coon's practice frequently includes regulatory assessment and planning regarding antitrust, fraud & abuse, Stark and tax-exemption matters. He was named as one of the 2011 Best Lawyers in America in the area of Health Care Law and is also a certified public accountant. Mr. Coon serves as the administrative shareholder for the firm's Milwaukee office.
