Biography

Mr. Snow's practice focuses on corporate and regulatory work for health care clients including hospitals, health care systems and physician organizations. This work encompasses: corporate structure and reorganizations; joint ventures; tax planning; obtaining and maintaining tax exemption; health care licensing and certification; government reimbursement, billing and payment matters; and corporate compliance. Mr. Snow is a frequent speaker to associations and corporate boards on these regulatory and compliance topics. He is a past President of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and a charitable foundation.
