Biography

Craig Williams concentrates his practices in employment litigation in federal and state courts and has extensive experience litigating employment related matters at both the trial and appellate court levels. He has represented employers in all types of employment related matters, including claims alleging violation of FMLA, FLSA, ADA, ADEA, ERISA, and Title VII, as well as non-compete, breach of contract, and whistleblower claims. Craig has experience litigating class action issues under Title VII and ERISA, as well as collective actions under the FLSA.
