Rene M. Larkin

Rene Larkin counsels clients on a large range of real estate matters, including commercial lease transactions, purchase and sale of real property, easement and restrictive covenants, real estate due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and development projects.

In addition to traditional real estate matters, Rene's practice focuses on the unique needs of health care real estate transactions, addressing issues concerning lease transactions, sublease agreements, timeshare agreements, acquisitions and disposition of health care and medical care facilities.  She also advises clients on fraud and abuse laws as it relates to real estate transactions, including compliance with the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute.  Rene aided in the development of a national leasing program for a large health care provider and served as the lead associate conducting real estate due diligence for a $1.2 billion hospital system merger.
