Nicholas S. Johnston


Nick Johnston practices labor and employment law in the firm's Indianapolis office. Specifically, he focuses his practice on litigating and counseling clients on matters involving state and federal wage and hour laws (including the FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act and employment contract disputes. Nick has successfully defended numerous employment litigation matters, particularly those involving class and collective action claims. Nick earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and his joint J.D./M.B.A. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and Kelley School of Business. In law school, he served as the Executive Articles Development Editor for the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review and was also a fellow in the Dean's Tutorial Society.
