BIOGRAPHY

Mary Kate focuses her practice in the area of labor and employment law, with an emphasis on counseling employers through all areas of the employment relationship.  She counsels clients on a wide variety of employment law issues, such as hiring and disciplinary matters, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, wage and hour issues, handbook and policy review/creation and employment contract drafting and negotiations.  Mary Kate earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
