BIOGRAPHY

Mark Sabey is a shareholder in the firm's Denver office. He concentrates his practice on representing hospitals and other major health care providers and assisting his clients in their daily needs and practices related to health law and employment. Mr. Sabey is an experienced litigator with particular strengths in careful strategic planning, early case resolution and appellate work and has presented evidence and arguments in courts at all levels. His prior experience includes: representing the Colorado Hospital Association in preparing amicus briefs filed with the Colorado Supreme Court; advocating for religious organizations in support of religion-based tax and regulatory exemptions and First Amendment freedoms; and serving in connection with the Colorado Supreme Court's Civil Rules Committee to revise subpoena rules to provide greater protection for hospitals and other medical record custodians.
