Lindsay Ramsey's area of practice exclusively focuses on immigration law and includes filing employment-based petitions with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of hospitals, health care entities, physician practice groups, corporations, businesses and individuals across the United States. Lindsay routinely files J-1 Waivers for those Subject to 212(e), H-1B Petitions, O-1 Petitions for Extraordinary Ability Aliens, L-1 Petitions for Intracompany Transferees, Trade NAFTA (TN) Applications and R-1 Petitions for Religious Workers, as well as Schedule A Permanent Residency Petitions for Registered Nurses and Physical Therapists, Permanent Residency through the PERM Labor Certification process (EB-2 and EB-3), National Interest Waivers for Physicians practicing in a Medically Underserved Area (EB-2) and EB-1 petitions for Extraordinary Ability Aliens, Outstanding Professors and Researchers and Multinational Executives and Managers. Lindsay also prepares family-based immigrant petitions and applications for U.S. Citizenship.
