BIOGRAPHY

Kristen Chang practices in the area of health care law with a focus on regulatory, compliance and corporate transactional matters. Kristen completed her undergraduate studies at the University of the Pacific and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she was Administrative Editor for the Elder Law Journal and participated in the Elder Financial Justice Clinic. She also holds an MPA with a health policy concentration from George Washington University. Prior to joining Hall Render, Kristen conducted research about U.S. vaccine law and policy.
