Kimberly J. Commins-Tzoumakas


Kimberly Commins-Tzoumakas is a Shareholder and the Managing Partner of Hall Render's Michigan office and focuses exclusively on health care. Ms. Commins-Tzoumakas primarily represents nonprofit and for-profit physicians, ancillary health care providers and health systems across the country with an emphasis on governance and regulatory compliance issues as well as strategic alignment opportunities. She regularly serves as an advisor to private equity firms, board members and health care executives on issues of governance, corporate responsibility and oversight obligations and has represented organizations in complex qui tam and governmental investigations. She has experience representing and advising private equity firms in health care matters. Ms. Commins-Tzoumakas has also handled self disclosures for clients in jurisdictions across the country and has provided oversight and guidance in negotiating settlements with local United States Attorney Offices and the Office of Inspector General. She has also guided clients through compliance and reporting under Corporate Integrity Agreements.
